Baked Sea salt and Chilli Kale Chips
Kale is a great source of vitamin C, vitamin K and calcium which may help support a healthy immune system.
DF / Vegan
1 packet of kale (200g)
Sea salt flakes
1 tblsp paprika
Dried chilli flakes.
Wash and roughly chop the kale. Place on a baking tray and drizzle over the olive oil.
Sprinkle the sea salt and paprika over the leaves and toss until evenly covered. Ensure that there is adequate space between the leaves.
Place in the oven at 180C/gas mark 4 for 5-10 mins – keep a close eye on them as they can turn between quickly if left unsupervised!
Just before serving squeeze some fresh lime over the kale chips and top with chilli flakes to your liking.
